Twins"
Homeruns
flew out of ball parks in record numbers as the Tigers and Twins won their
Divisions in the AL and the Cardinals and Giants took the NL Divisions.

Championship ever.
The
1987 card set contains 650 players, the 25 players most representative of each
team during the season.
The
1987 "extra players" card set contains 326 players, including every
player who played in the big leagues in 1987 and is not a part of the 25-man
lineup in the regular card set.
In
all, 976 player cards--every 1987 big league ball player -- all symbols
necessary for both board game versions are printed directly on the cards. A roster sheet that lists the most
frequently used 25 players for each team and representative lineups is included
with the 1987 basic card set.
