SkeeterSoft, Inc.

Skeetersoft,
Inc. presents
the 1980 baseball season card set and computer disks.
1980 – "Finally - the Royals and
Phillies"
1980 saw
both the Royals and the Phillies shake their playoff disappointments (and the
Yanks and Dodgers) to reach the Series.
The
Phils were led by Steve Carlton, Mike Schmidt, and Pete Rose. George Brett flirted with a .400 average
much of the season and sparked a speedy Royals team that brought the pennant
home to Kansas City for the first time.
The
1980 card set contains 650 players, the 25 players most representative of each
team during the season.
The
1980 "extra players" card set contains 266 players, compromising
every player who played in the big leagues in 1980 and is not a part of the
25-man lineup in the regular card set.
In
all, 916 player cards--every 1980 big league ball player -- all symbols
necessary for both board game versions are printed directly on the cards. A roster sheet that lists the most
frequently used 25 players for each team and representative lineups is included
with the 1980 basic card set.
Skeetersoft, Inc.’s card sets are available exclusively from Skeetersoft,
